ORDER PROCESS
MAC Marble & Granite can transform your home with quality stone surfaces in three easy steps. Every aspect of our business has been designed with the aim of giving you the best quality worktop available. From start to finish, we are always on hand to help you through the process.
ESTIMATE
Our preference is to arrange a free no obligation visit, to talk through all the options available. We will also have samples to view, and will take the necessary measurements to give you an estimate. Alternatively if you know your stone choice and can provide your required measurements, simply email the details through and we will supply your estimate.
TEMPLATE SURVEY
Once you have decided to go ahead, we will arrange a visit from our highly skilled digital templater to produce a millimetre perfect digital replica of your work surface. Our templater will also discuss and confirm overhangs, joints and cut outs with you.
MANUFACTURE
With the final stone choice made, template completed, we will then require a 50% deposit. From this point, we offer a 5 day turnaround to the installation of your new stone surface.
FINISHING
Going the extra mile to ensure you receive the highest quality and service is second nature to us. That’s why we believe the best way to finish the process is by hand; there is nothing that can beat our craftsman’s personal touch to bring the quality of stone to life. But after the process is complete there is still one crucial question to ask:“Would I have this in my home?”It doesn’t leave the factory until the answer is a certain ‘yes!’.
